Policies

GENERAL POLICY: Your credit card will be pre-authorized. It must be a valid Visa, Master Card or Discover. When you arrive you can leave the charges on the card or pay cash, MO or travelers checks. Check in is between 2 and 9 pm, check out 11. Late check out or earlier arrival can be arranged for a fee. Firewood is provided for most cabins. Your cabin is furnished with linens, towels, kitchen utensils and appliances. There is also a coffee maker, coffee and filters, and a toaster. Short time visitors must be ok through the office. Accidents or injury to guests or loss of valuables of any kind will be the responsibility of the guest. Guest also accepts responsibility for any damages to or loss of MAC property during this stay.  If making a reservation more than 30 days in advance, one night will be charged up front.

CANCELATION POLICY: 14 day cancelation policy. 30 days cancelation for special events and holidays. Christmas and New Years 1/2 deposit non-refundable. If a guest has not received confirmation or rejection within 24 hours, it is the guest responsibility to call for a confirmation or cancelation #. It is guest responsibility to notify office if wanting to cancel reservation request. Cancelation policies still apply. If you are asked to leave there is no refund.  No Refunds for early check outs.

NO SHOW POLICY: No shows or cancelations will be charged up to 1/2 the total stay. The minimum charge for cancelation or no shows is 1 night.

CLEANING POLICY: There is NO CLEANING FEE but we do ask that you leave the cabin in good shape, trash to the dumpster, dishes washed. We do reserve the right to charge for damages and or excessive cleaning time.

SMOKING POLICY: All cabins are non-smoking, smoker pots are provided for smokers outside on the porches.

HOT TUB POLICY: Only some cabins have hot tubs. Hot tubs can be used between 10am and 10pm only. Hot tub covers are to be lifted of with the easy lift. No food or drinks in the hot tubs. No unsupervised children. Guest are responsible for their own safety and agree to hold owners harmless. We reserve the right to charge if the hot tub has to be drained or there is damage caused by the guest to the hot tub.

PET POLICY: Housebroken pets are welcome in most cabins. There is a 10.00 nonrefundable fee per pet. Pets must be in carrier if left alone in the cabin. Pets must be on leash when outdoors.  Anyone sneaking pets into a non-pet friendly cabin will be charged a $50 fine or be asked to leave without refund.

NO MORE THAN THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY ALLOWED IN THE CABINS.

If the pet is left alone in the cabin a carrier is required.
