Rates & Policies
Rates: $80 - $265
Rates may be higher during major holidays and special events and may be less during off season.
GENERAL POLICY: Your credit card will be pre-authorized. It must
be a valid Visa or Master Card or Discover. When you arrive you can leave
the charges on the card or pay cash, MO or travelers checks. Check in is
between 2-9 pm, check out 11. Late check out or earlier arrival can be
arranged for a fee. Firewood is provided. Your cabin is furnished with linens,
towels, kitchen utensils and appliances. There is also a coffee maker,
coffee and filters, and a toaster. Short time visitors must be ok through the
office.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 14 day cancellation policy. 30 days cancellation for
special events and holidays. Christmas and New Years 1/2 deposit
non-refundable. If a guest has not received confirmation or rejection within 24
hours, it is the guest responsibility to call for a confirmation or cancellation
#. It is guest responsibility to notify office if wanting to cancel
reservation request. Cancellation policies still apply.
NO SHOW POLICY: No shows or cancellations will be charged up to 1/2 the total
stay. The minimum charge for cancellation or no shows is 1 night.
CLEANING POLICY: There is no cleaning fee but we do ask that you leave the cabin
in good shape, trash to the dumpster, dishes washed. We do reserve the right to
charge for damages and or excessive cleaning time.
SMOKING POLICY: All cabins are non-smoking, smoker pots are provided for smokers outside on the porches.
PET POLICY: Pets are welcome. There is a 10.00 nonrefundable fee. Pets must be
in carrier if left alone in the cabin.
NO MORE THAN THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY ALLOWED IN THE CABINS.
You agree to these policies when you make your reservation or reservation
request.
