Rent Your Gear or Take a Lesson

Especially if you’re visiting from far away and have to get on a plane to get to the area, you might not feel like lugging all your skiing or snowboarding equipment with you. Or, if you’re new to outdoor sports, you might not even have that equipment in the first place. Not to worry! Keep in mind that all rentals require a valid driver’s license, and it’s not possible to rent clothing. Pick out some ski boots for kids and adults alike, as well as boards ranging from 90 to 164 centimeters. You can rent equipment for $30 per day during the weekdays or $50 per day on the weekends.

Haven’t ever been skiing or snowboarding before? Want to improve your skills before you hit the bigger slopes? Consider taking a lesson! You can opt for either private lessons or group lessons to suit your schedule in your comfort level. Even the kids can get in on the action! For a private class for kids, expect to pay $120 and add $65 per adult. For a group lesson, expect to pay $70.
